Rate: £40-£50 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: Immediate Start | Contract Until End of October 2026

Residential & Commercial Property Locum wanted!

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established Local Authority in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly legal team, handling a varied caseload of local authority property work with the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You’ll manage a broad caseload including:
*Commercial property transactions
*Residential property matters
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Leases and licences
*Easements and wayleaves
*General property advice to internal departments
The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of October 2026.

About You
You’ll be:
*A Solicitor, Legal Executive or suitably experienced Property Lawyer
*Experienced in residential and/or commercial property work
*Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Available to start at short notice (or with a short notice period)
