Graduate Teaching Assistant - Hackney, East LondonProspero Teaching is seeking ambitious graduates interested in a career in education to join a supportive secondary school in Hackney as Graduate Teaching Assistants and Subject Mentors.
Role Details:
*Location: Hackney, East London
*Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
*Contract: Term Time Only
*Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:45pm
Responsibilities:
*Support teachers in delivering lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
*Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
*Assist students with learning, engagement and progress
*Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff across departments
*Gain valuable classroom experience before teacher training
Requirements:
*Degree qualified
*Good GCSE results
*Passion for education and supporting young people
*Right to Work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*Two professional references
