Working closely with the Finance Managers, this role will support the management accounting process, forecasting activities and financial analysis across multiple entities within the division.

Description
*Support the preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple business entities.
*Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments.
*Complete bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
*Assist with the production and analysis of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities, providing insight into financial performance.
*Monitor operational and project costs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
*Assist with cash flow management, forecasting, and reporting.
*Support labour recovery and cost allocation processes across the business.
*Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate asset accounting.
*Assist with year-end audit processes and respond to external auditor requests.
*Provide ad hoc financial reporting, analysis, and support to Finance Managers and key stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification CIMA, ACCA, ACA or QBE.
*Proven experience in management accounting.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
