The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team

*Driving sales, KPIs and store profitability

*Delivering outstanding customer service

*Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards

*Managing day to day operations, compliance and team performance

*Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

About You
You’ll be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail who:
*Has a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results

*Enjoys developing and motivating high performing teams

*Has strong commercial awareness and a hands on leadership style

*Thrives in a fast paced retail environment
