This role is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with ideally several years post-qualification experience who is confident leading projects through all RIBA work stages and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and design-led practice.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages
*Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules
*Coordinate and manage project delivery alongside internal teams and external consultants
*Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
*Prepare and review technical information in accordance with UK Building Regulations and current legislation
*Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team
*Contribute to design development, project bids and client presentations where required
*Attend site visits, design meetings and CPD events to maintain technical knowledge and industry awareness
Ideal Candidate
*ARB-registered Architect
*Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
*Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing
*Proficient in Revit with a good understanding of BIM workflows
*Experience using NBS specification software is desirable
*Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
*Confident managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
*Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
