Job Description:
Full job descriptionREED / Lancashire Teaching Agency (LTA) are currently recruiting for a full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming rural village primary school in Preston from 1st September.
This is a full-time role, working 8:45am – 3:15pm, and is expected to continue for the full academic year, providing consistency and stability for both the successful candidate and the school.
The role will involve supporting pupils within a Year 5/6 class, working closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons, support learning outcomes, and promote a positive classroom environment.
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience working within KS2 is essential
*Experience supporting pupils in Year 5 and/or Year 6 is desirable
*A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
*Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
