ResponsibilitiesAs part of a specialist school team, you may:
*Support pupils on a one-to-one basis
*Deliver small-group interventions
*Support pupils with Autism, SEMH and complex needs
*Assist with behaviour management strategies
*Encourage communication, independence and social development
*Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
*Work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
*Help create positive learning experiences for vulnerable learners
