Are you an experienced Cable Assembler looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a growing electronics manufacturer in Waterlooville, Hampshire?
We’re recruiting for a PCB Cable Assembler to join a quality-focused manufacturing team where you’ll be working on high-reliability electronic assemblies in a clean, modern production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your assembly skills whilst developing your career within the electronics industry.

The RoleAs a Cable Assembler, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality electronic assemblies to customer specifications, ensuring excellent workmanship & attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Assembling PCB & cable assemblies to engineering drawings & work instructions
*Carrying out visual inspections of completed assemblies
*Identifying assembly defects including soldering faults & wiring discrepancies
*Using microscopes, hand tools & measuring equipment
*Reading engineering drawings, schematics & bills of materials
*Recording production & quality documentation accurately
*Working closely with Production, Engineering & Quality teams
*Maintaining high housekeeping & health & safety standards
What we’re looking forTo be successful in this Cable Assembler role in Waterlooville, Hampshire, you’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience assembling PCB or cable assemblies
*Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
*Ability to read engineering drawings & wiring diagrams
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good manual dexterity & soldering experience
*Experience using inspection equipment such as microscopes (desirable)
*IPC certification or similar (advantageous)
*A positive attitude & strong team-working skills
