Senior Technical Conveyancer (remote working and 4-day Part Time available)

Are you an experienced Technical Residential Conveyancer looking to use your expertise on complex residential property matters to support a busy and well trained team on more complex transactions?

We’re recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Technical Conveyancer to join a specialist team, providing technical support across a range of challenging residential conveyancing transactions. This is a non-case holding position, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex legal issues, carrying out title investigations and supporting colleagues with high-level technical queries.

The Role

As a Technical Conveyancer, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex conveyancing matters, helping resolve challenging files and providing practical, commercially focused solutions. You’ll undertake detailed title checks, advise on technical issues and support the wider conveyancing team with specialist knowledge.

You’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to provide clear, practical guidance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with experienced residential conveyancers who have exceptional technical knowledge, particularly in:

*Building Safety Act (BSA) matters
*New Build conveyancing
*Acting for New Build developers
*Shared Ownership transactions
*Complex title investigations
*Residential conveyancing technical support

You’ll be someone who enjoys analysing complicated legal issues and can confidently identify practical solutions. Rather than relying on standard responses or generic guidance, you’ll have the technical expertise and commercial awareness to work through challenging scenarios independently.

Essential Skills & Experience

*Extensive experience within residential conveyancing
*Strong technical expertise in Building Safety Act (BSA), New Build, Developer work and Shared Ownership
*Excellent title checking and title investigation skills
*Outstanding problem-solving and analytical ability
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
*Ability to support colleagues with complex legal enquiries
