OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a well established and highly regarded law firm offering high quality work and genuine career progression.
• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Handle divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters and cohabitation disputes.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
• Suitable for Family Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
• Experience managing your own family law caseload is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a client focused approach required.
• Organised, proactive and able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience of privately funded family law work would be advantageous.
