Full job descriptionThis is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Tenancy Manager to join the City’s leading independent estate agencyin Clerkenwell. Established over 30 years ago, our client is a niche, privately-owned company that has built a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords and private clients.
You would be responsible for a portfolio of properties negotiating annual rent increases on behalf of the landlord, processing notices to end the tenancy and, offering support and advice to the landlord throughout the life of a tenancy.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 20 days holiday in the first year and additional day for each year worked up to five years, bank and public holidays, office closed between Christmas and New Year, AXA Employee Assistance Programme, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
