Full job descriptionReed Business Support are working with an established business based in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their operations team. *Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 17:15
*OTE available
Please note, this is an onsite based role – there is zero hybrid or WFH options given the nature of the business
Duties -
*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales and service activities
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Advise customers on technical products and services
*Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on sales and service quotations
*Provide administrative support to sales and service functions
*Liaise internally to ensure smooth service delivery
*Maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems
*Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up activities
