The Role
*Lead the delivery of marketing mix modelling and broader marketing effectiveness projects from end to end
*Work with advanced modelling techniques to evaluate channel performance and optimise budget allocation
*Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
*Partner with commercial and marketing teams to inform strategy and decision-making
*Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and insight generation
*Contribute to the development of the organisation’s marketing effectiveness capability and best practices
*Support stakeholder engagement at a senior level, presenting insights and recommendations
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modelling, or econometrics
*Proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale datasets
*Understanding of modern attribution techniques and statistical modelling approaches
*Experience using tools such as Meridian, Robyn, PyMC, or similar
*Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
*Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP is beneficial
*A collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
