Junior Marketing Effectiveness Specialist

Salary up to £46,000




This is a unique opportunity to join a highly data-driven organisation where advanced analytics directly shapes commercial decision-making. You will work on marketing effectiveness projects that influence how organisations invest and optimise their media spend, with strong exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling and modern data science tools.

The Role
*Support the delivery of Marketing Mix Modelling projects, contributing to data preparation, model execution, and scenario analysis
*Work closely with senior stakeholders to produce high-quality, technically robust outputs
*Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve real-world marketing and business challenges
*Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
*Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support documentation and communication
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science practices, tools, and processes
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in data science, with exposure to statistical modelling or Marketing Mix Modelling
*Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP
*Understanding of Bayesian statistics and marketing attribution methodologies
*Experience with tools such as Meridian, Robyn, PyMC, or similar modelling frameworks
*Ability to communicate complex technical findings in a clear and structured way
*A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis
*Curiosity and motivation to develop skills at the intersection of data science and marketing effectiveness
*Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and outputs is beneficial
