The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Progress sales through to successful completion
*Generate valuation opportunities and arrange market appraisals
*Canvass for new business and identify opportunities to grow market share
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*Follow up enquiries and leads via telephone and face-to-face meetings
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Previous estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong knowledge of the local area is desirable
*Positive, proactive, and motivated approach
*Professional telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills
*Eagerness to learn and develop within the property industry
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
