Full job descriptionRecruitUK is working with established and growing financial planning firm and they’re looking to hire a Junior Paraplanner to join their team in Farnborough. You’ll be working closely with Financial Advisers, providing technical support across research, report writing, and compliance processes.


The Role
*Assisting with the preparation of suitability reports, financial plans, and cashflow modelling based on client information and adviser guidance
*Carrying out research into financial products, investment solutions, and technical planning areas
*Supporting the production of accurate, professional client reports and recommendations
*Liaising with clients by phone and in person where required
*Assisting advisers with meeting preparation and providing technical administrative support
*Supporting the implementation of advice, including completing and processing applications


Experience and Skills
*Previous experience in an IFA Administration or Junior Paraplanning role
*Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (one exam minimum)
*Some exposure to report writing or supporting the production of suitability reports
*Eager to learn and keen to develop a career in paraplanning
*Experience with an industry relevant CRM / back-office system
