Job Title: SHE Manager
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (OTE £66,000+)
Job Role of the SHE ManagerA fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced SHE Manager to join a globally recognised manufacturing business with a long-standing history of innovation and operational excellence. Sector - Manufacturing
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the SHE Manager*Previous SHE, HSE or EHS Management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
*Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
*Experience leading audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Requirements for the SHE Manager*Previous experience working as a SHE Manager within the UK.
*Experience managing environmental compliance, permits and sustainability programmes.
*Knowledge of process safety management and operational risk assessments.
*Experience leading behavioural safety programmes and driving positive safety culture.
*Ability to analyse SHE performance data and implement effective improvement plans.
