The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Lead the day-to-day performance and operations of the sales branch
*Drive residential sales performance and achieve branch targets
*Win new instructions and increase market share
*Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
*Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximise performance
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry best practice
*Work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the business
Branch Manager Requirements
*Previous experience within residential estate agency
*Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
*Proven track record of winning new business and achieving targets
*Strong valuation and instruction-winning ability
*Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
*Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
*Good knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
*Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangements
*Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
