We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Stowmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a busy branch, with full training and ongoing support available for those looking to develop a long-term career in residential sales.
Whether you already have estate agency experience or are looking to break into the industry, our client is looking for someone who is customer-focused, driven, and eager to succeed.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register applicants and match buyers with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion
*Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of the branch
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and applicants
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Work towards individual and branch sales targets
*Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Previous residential estate agency experience is preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
*Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
*Organised with excellent time management abilities
*Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
*Able to work effectively as part of a team
*Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
*Full UK driving licence
