We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tree Surgeon to join a well-established and growing tree care business in Surrey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company known for delivering high-quality arboricultural services across both residential and commercial projects. Services include tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, hedge maintenance, and tree planting.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Carry out all aspects of tree surgery safely and professionally, including tree felling, dismantling, crown reductions, thinning, lifting, and pruning.
*Perform hedge cutting, maintenance, stump grinding, removal, deadwood removal, and site clearances.
*Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
*Deliver excellent customer service on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience working as a Tree Surgeon / Arborist.
*Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Strong understanding of tree care and industry best practices.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
Desirable:
*CSCS card.
*First Aid qualification.
*Trailer licence.
*Experience operating chippers, stump grinders, and MEWPs.
