What will the HR Assistant role involve?
*Providing essential administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, absence management, and staff development, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
*Managing and maintaining accurate HR records, including employee files, database entries, and compliance documentation, in accordance with GDPR and employment law
*Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive induction experience
*Supporting the administration of employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and reporting on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making
*Facilitating communication between HR and other departments to promote a cohesive and compliant work environment
Suitable Candidate for the HR Assistant vacancy:
*Proven experience in HR administration or a related support role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors
*Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and with external providers
*Competent in using HR systems, databases, and MS Office applications
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to support continuous improvement within HR processes
