The Role

*Work closely with class teachers to support children’s progress.
*Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and independence.
*Adapt quickly to different school settings while maintaining high standards of care and education.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
*Experience working within EYFS in a primary school or nursery setting.
*A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
