Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in the food manufacturing industry? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing food manufacturer looking for a driven leader to oversee production operations and help deliver exceptional standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities*Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
*Ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
*Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.
*Work closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimise performance.
*Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
*Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and company procedures.
*Manage staffing levels, performance, training and succession planning.
*Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant food manufacturing standards.
Requirements*Previous experience as a Production Manager within a food manufacturing environment.
*Strong leadership and people management skills.
*Experience managing KPIs, production planning and continuous improvement projects.
*Good understanding of food safety, HACCP and quality management systems.
*Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles would be advantageous.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
