Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion
*Review audit files and ensure technical accuracy and compliance
*Mentor and develop junior audit staff within the team
*Support partners with client relationship management and business development
*Contribute to the strategic development of the audit department
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
*Proven experience managing and developing a team
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
