Description
The RoleAs an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the wider finance function.
Key Responsibilities*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Resolving supplier queries efficiently
*Preparing payment runs
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Assisting with month-end processes
*Supporting continuous improvements within the AP function


Profile
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organisational skills
*Confidence working with finance systems and Excel
*A proactive and positive approach
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues


Job Offer
*An annual salary equivalent of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
