The Role
*Lead deep dive analysis on experimentation, including cannibalisation and value decomposition
*Apply causal inference to identify true impact and drivers of change
*Evaluate experiments using counterfactuals and off policy approaches
*Build simulation tools to assess experiments before launch
*Partner with product and commercial teams to shape strategy
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong experience in experimentation and causal inference
*Background in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
*Solid grounding in econometrics and A B testing
*Experience with counterfactual analysis or simulation methods
*Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
