A fast-growing business with revenues exceeding 130m is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics Operations to lead its warehouse, stock and facilities teams.
You will be responsible for end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfilment, freight, returns, supplier management and third-party logistics partners, leading a team of approximately 50 FTE.

Key Responsibilities*Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
*Drive improvements in delivery performance, customer experience and operational efficiency.
*Manage health & safety, compliance and facility standards.
*Lead, develop and motivate logistics teams.
*Create and monitor KPIs, budgets and operational reporting.
*Manage supplier, courier and 3PL relationships.
*Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
About You*Proven logistics, warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
*Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Experience driving operational and process improvements.
*Knowledge of warehouse systems, stock management and H&S requirements.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
