North London | £30,000-£32,000 | 4 on / 4 off | 7am-7pm

This isn’t a traditional static security role. You’ll be highly visible around the development, carrying out patrols, assisting residents, supporting the concierge team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
The Role
As the Day Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
*Conducting regular internal and external security patrols
*Monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents
*Managing access control for residents, visitors and contractors
*Supporting the concierge team with resident enquiries and parcel handling
*Assisting with loading bay management and deliveries
*Reporting maintenance issues and security concerns using site systems
*Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
*Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment
What We’re Looking For
*Valid SIA Licence - essential
*Previous experience in residential security, concierge or customer-facing security roles
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident using CCTV and incident reporting systems
*Professional, approachable and well-presented
*Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
*A team player with a positive attitude
