Full job descriptionSEO ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus

We’re partnering with a well-known retail brand to hire an SEO Manager to own and drive its organic search strategy across multiple eCommerce websites.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an in-house SEO function, taking ownership of both strategy and execution while influencing key stakeholders across Digital, eCommerce and Technology.
Key responsibilities:
*Own and deliver the organic search strategy across multiple websites.
*Lead technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research and site audits.
*Monitor rankings, traffic and organic revenue, identifying growth opportunities.
*Work closely with Content, Digital and Development teams to implement SEO best practices.
*Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search and emerging GEO trends, translating changes into clear business actions.
What we’re looking for:
*Strong in-house SEO experience, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
*A broad SEO skillset across technical, on-page and content optimisation.
*Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
*An interest in AI search, LLMs and the future of organic search (GEO).
*Confident communicator who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact.
