Full job descriptionCRM Manager Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a growing digital business in London. This is a client-facing role where you’ll develop CRM strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, analyse performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and deliver CRM strategies across multiple channels.
*Manage customer lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys.
*Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
*Work closely with clients and internal teams to drive results.
*Support CRM optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You*Around 3 years’ CRM experience.
*Strong strategic and analytical skills.
*Confident managing client relationships and presenting recommendations.
*Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
*Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded.
Location: Hybrid working in London.
