Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a multi-service, well established law firm in Knaresborough.
Working as part of a successful and client-focused conveyancing department, you will provide valuable support to fee earners and the wider team, helping to ensure property transactions are progressed efficiently and clients receive an exceptional level of service.
This role would suit an organised and enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their career within residential conveyancing and become part of a supportive and professional legal team.
Key responsibilities: *Supporting conveyancers with the day-to-day management of residential property transactions
*Assisting with matters from initial instruction through to completion
*Preparing, reviewing and managing conveyancing documentation
*Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
*Obtaining and reviewing searches and assisting with transaction updates
*Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring records are kept up to date
*Providing administrative and client support to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
*Previous experience within conveyancing is essential
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
*The ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
*A proactive approach and a desire to develop your legal career
