REED Education are proud to be working in partnership with a Ofsted-rated ’Good’ secondary school in North Cambridgeshire to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.

The Role
*Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan, prepare and assess pupils’ work in line with the curriculum
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Inspire students to develop their literacy skills and a passion for English
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – desirable but not essential
*Candidates without QTS will be considered if they have recent UK secondary school teaching experience
*Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
*Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
*Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
