Description
*Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with relevant standards.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Manage reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
*Assist in audits by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
*Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
*A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA/ACA).
*Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within a similar industry.
*Previous experience working with IFRS, US GAAP etc.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
