Description
*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching, batching and coding invoices for payment
*Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries promptly
*Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Supporting month-end close activities and reporting requirements
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
*Assisting with process improvements across the Accounts Payable function
*Supporting the wider finance team as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
*Previous Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
*Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems
*Proactive, positive and keen to contribute to a growing team
