*Prepare and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational planning.
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
*Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
*Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
*Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Studying a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
