Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients, providing technically robust and commercially minded tax advice
*Leading and developing junior members of the team, supporting their technical growth and professional development
*Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the private client offering and contribute to business development activity
*Overseeing the preparation and review of complex self-assessment tax returns and associated compliance work
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service
Requirements*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*CTA or ACA qualified, or equivalent, with a strong background in private client tax
*Proven ability to manage a complex client portfolio at a senior level
*Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to advise high-net-worth individuals
*A collaborative approach with the drive and ambition to progress to Partner level
