Description
Key Responisbilities:


*Lead the development and delivery of student experience initiatives and projects.
*Manage and implement engagement, wellbeing, and student success activities.
*Analyse student data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
*Develop action plans to enhance student satisfaction and engagement.
*Build strong relationships with academic and professional services stakeholders.
*Collaborate with student representatives and relevant committees.
*Manage student experience programmes, events, and campaigns.


Profile
Person Specification:
*Significant experience in student experience, student engagement, or related roles.

*Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based recommendations.
*Experience managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
*Experience within higher education or a similar sector.
*Previous line management experience.
*Knowledge of student surveys, engagement frameworks, and enhancement activities.
