An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects within an Education and Student Experience environment.Working closely with project leads, senior managers, and a range of stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support across multiple projects and workstreams.
*Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
*Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and project documentation.
*Monitor project timelines and assist with tracking progress against key milestones.
*Maintain accurate records, databases, and document management systems.
*Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
*Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
*Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
Profile
Person Specification:
*Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
*Experience working within higher education, the public sector, or a similarly complex organisation.
*Knowledge of project management principles or methodologies.
