The Supply Register is currently recruiting Maths Lecturers to join our bank of staff supporting West Lancashire College. This is a great opportunity for experienced Maths Lecturers or teachers with GCSE/Functional Skills experience.
The Role
As a Maths Lecturer, you will support learners to develop essential numeracy skills and achieve their qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths
*Supporting learners of varying abilities
*Preparing students for exams
*Monitoring progress and providing feedback
*Creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
*Degree in Maths or related subject
*Experience teaching GCSE or Functional Skills Maths
*Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
*Strong classroom management skills
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
