Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities*Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management
*Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy
*Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies
*Run a candidate experience that reflects the brand — fast, personal, well communicated
*Manage relationships with retained agencies where used, holding them to brief and timeline
*Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
*Contribute to wider talent initiatives — EVP, DEI in hiring, early careers
Experience Required:
*3–6 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role
*Track record of owning requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team
*Strong direct sourcing skills — comfortable building pipeline without waiting on agencies
*Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed
*Organised and data-literate — comfortable owning your own reporting
