Type: Temporary, ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Job PurposeTo support the debt recovery process by managing outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities*Chase and recover outstanding debts in a professional and timely manner.
*Communicate with customers and relevant parties to resolve payment queries.
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
*Prepare debt reports and assist with account reconciliation.
*Process payments and support financial administration.
*Produce basic management information and reports using Excel and other systems.
*Escalate cases where appropriate and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
*Provide general administrative support and undertake other duties as required.
Skills & Experience*Previous experience in debt recovery, credit control, or a similar finance administration role.
*Good communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
