We’re looking for an experienced Master Technician / Vehicle Technician (MOT Tester) to join a busy, well-established independent automotive service centre in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive workshop environment where quality workmanship, diagnostics, and attention to detail are valued and rewarded.
What’s on offer
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month
*Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
*Basic salary: £36,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + annual bonus
*Annual pay rise
*Immediate start available
Key responsibilities
*Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
*Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
*Complete MOT tests to required standards
*Undertake vehicle inspections and health checks
*Work to high industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
*Complete job cards and maintain accurate workshop records
*Support the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
About you
*Proven experience as a Master Technician / Vehicle Technician
*Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Qualified MOT Tester
*Master Technician qualification
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
