About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused Front of House & Facilities Associate to join a dynamic and innovative organisation based in London.
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff and members, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and facilities function.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome and sign in visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
*Manage meeting room bookings, visitor access and office communications.
*Maintain high standards across reception, meeting rooms and communal spaces.
*Coordinate facilities helpdesk requests and monitor progress.
*Support contractor visits and maintenance activities.
*Manage deliveries and provide workplace support to office members and visitors.
*Produce reports and maintain accurate records across facilities and workplace systems.
*Assist with health and safety checks and workplace compliance activities.
About You
Essential
*Previous experience in Front of House, Facilities, Office Coordination or Workplace Operations.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and SharePoint.
*Experience using ticketing, helpdesk or CRM systems.
*Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
*Positive, proactive and flexible approach.
Desirable
*Experience within a membership, technology, innovation or professional services environment.
*Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
*Experience coordinating contractors or facilities maintenance activities.
*Familiarity with access control or room booking systems.
