Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm | Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in the Waterlooville area. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment, assembling aluminium frame products to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Assembling aluminium frames using hand tools and equipment
*Applying tape and finishing materials as required
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
*Handling and moving materials around the production area
*Performing some heavy lifting as part of the manufacturing process
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For
*Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
*Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
*Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
*Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
