Location: Swindon (covering Bristol & the South West). Hybrid working available.
Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + uncapped bonus
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the opportunity to build something of your own, whilst benefiting from the support of an established and successful team?
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Reed’s Marketing & Creative division, partnering with clients across Bristol and the wider South West. You’ll join an established desk working alongside a high-performing specialist consultant, giving you access to an existing network, market expertise and regional opportunities from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys business development and relationship building but doesn’t want to start from scratch. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own specialist market, backed by the infrastructure, brand and resources of one of the UK’s most recognised recruitment businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Building and growing your own Marketing & Creative recruitment desk
*Developing new business opportunities across Bristol and the South West
*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition through to placement
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality marketing, digital and creative professionals
*Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Working closely with an established consultant to identify opportunities and maximise market coverage
*Becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your chosen specialism
What We’re Looking For
*Previous recruitment experience in any sector
*Proven business development or sales experience
*A consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills
*Confidence, resilience and a proactive mindset
*The ability to work independently whilst contributing to team success
*An interest in Marketing, Digital or Creative markets would be advantageous
