Production Operative - Nights Location: Congleton, CW12 1UW
Pay Rate: From £14.89 per hour (during induction and training) then £17.87
Shift Pattern: Night Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am
Contract: Temporary Ongoing with Potential Future Opportunities

Overtime paid at 120%, 150%, 160% or 200%, depending on completion time

The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production processes run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities*Operate a complete production line or production sequence within a control room environment
*Monitor and manage production processes and performance parameters
*Set up and control production programmes
*Carry out routine and specialised quality checks
*Monitor process results and take appropriate action where required
*Follow contingency procedures when production deviations occur
*Contribute to the assessment of production outcomes and quality standards
*Liaise with maintenance teams regarding repairs and maintenance requirements
*Support and advise manufacturing staff where necessary
*Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift

Essential Skills & Experience*Experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
*A positive, can-do approach to work
*Strong communication skills
*Flexible and adaptable mindset
*Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Desirable Experience*Previous experience in a similar production role
*Technical or mechanical aptitude
*Experience operating or working alongside production line machinery
