Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ipswich office, specialising in permanent Accountancy & Finance recruitment across Ipswich and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing*Building and developing relationships with businesses across Ipswich and the surrounding areas
*Generating new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
*Taking detailed job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
*Sourcing, attracting and engaging high calibre Accountancy & Finance professionals
*Managing the full permanent recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
*Conducting candidate interviews and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process
*Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
*Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
