Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

What You’ll Be Doing*Building and developing relationships with clients across the social housing sector
*Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Taking job briefs and providing recruitment solutions
*Sourcing, attracting and headhunting high-quality candidates
*Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
*Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
*Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We’re Looking For*Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Property & Construction or a related sector
*Strong business development and relationship building skills
