Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

What You’ll Be Doing*Building and developing relationships with industrial clients across Southend and the surrounding areas
*Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
*Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
*Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
*Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
*Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We’re Looking For*Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing or a related sector
*Strong business development and relationship building skills
*A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
*Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
