£13.00 per hour | Full-Time | 8:30am – 5:00pm | 4–8 Week Assignment
Start Date: Next Week
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a busy office in Carlisle on a temporary basis for an initial 4–8 week assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Meeting and greeting visitors and guests upon arrival
*Notifying relevant managers and staff when visitors arrive
*Managing the main telephone line and directing calls appropriately
*Taking and passing on accurate messages
*Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service
*Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and document management
*Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
About You:
*Previous reception, customer service, or office administration experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and presentable approach
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
*Reliable and able to work independently
